Into His Hands

“Into your hands I commit my spirit.” — Psalm 31:5

Sometimes the best thing we can do is stop trying to hold everything together.

Psalm 31:5 invites us into a posture of trust—to place ourselves, our circumstances, and the things we cannot control into God’s hands.

What would it look like today to loosen your grip? To trust that you are safe with God, even when you don’t know what comes next?

Open your hands. Release what you’ve been carrying. And rest in the hands of the One who holds you.
