A Heart at Rest

A Quieted Soul
Do you ever find yourself trying to figure out things that are simply beyond your understanding?
Psalm 131:1–2 gives us a beautiful picture of a soul that has learned to become quiet and still—not because everything has been figured out, but because God can be trusted.
There are things we may never understand. Questions we may not be able to answer. And sometimes the most faithful thing we can do is stop striving and rest in God’s presence.
Today, take a few quiet moments to let go of what you don’t need to solve right now. Quiet your heart. Open your hands. Rest in the presence of the One who holds it all.
Be Still. Listen. Let God Speak.
