You Are Already Known

“When you pray, do not keep on babbling… for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.” — Matthew 6:7–8

Sometimes we make prayer harder than it needs to be. We search for the right words, try to explain everything, or wonder if we’re saying enough.

But Jesus reminds us that God already knows what we need.

Prayer isn’t about finding the perfect words or convincing God to listen. It’s about coming honestly into His presence and trusting that we are already known and loved.

Today, let go of the pressure to get prayer “right.” Come as you are. Be still. Simply talk to God—or sit quietly with Him—and trust that He knows.
