In the Introduction, we are challenged to make Bible study a priority in our lives. We introduce the concept of the fear of the Lord — why it is life-giving and a powerful positive force in our lives. Isaiah 33:6 says that the fear of the Lord is His treasure. It won’t come to us automatically. You will be challenged to search for it like a hidden valuable treasure.
